We purchase only new, Australian stock Pixel phones for our clients from our trusted business partners. We open the box to configure and test each device to our high ‘Standards’ (see FAQ), then post to you once all phone and bundle contents are ready.
We do not sell refurbished or grey imports due to their vulnerabilities and risks (see FAQ).
At this time, we’re unable to offer colour choices for our phones. This is mostly due to challenges of managing inventory for specific shades in a small-batch operation focused more on privacy and security. That said, we believe this isn’t a major drawback and here’s why: A high-quality phone case is an essential accessory for protecting your device. Once you add a case, the phone’s colour becomes secondary. It’s a practical way to personalise your setup while prioritising durability.

Unlike transaction-only sellers, we’re genuinely invested in your privacy journey, which is why our custom manuals go far beyond basic instructions or lazy/technical copy pastes. Because we are a small, mission-driven team dedicated to keeping prices as low as possible, additional one-on-one support beyond the 20-minute phone session for ‘Pro Bundle’ clients is not provided. Further personalised help with advanced configurations or ongoing strategy is available through our consultation services. We prioritise efficient and discreet shipping to ensure your privacy-focused devices arrive securely and promptly. While our inventory is dynamic and subject to fluctuations, orders are processed within 2-15 business days from order confirmation and payment receipt, and 2-5 days for delivery. In rare cases, such as when awaiting new shipments from suppliers or delays with postal services, it may take longer. Warranty
All PrivacyPros phones come with a 2-year OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) warranty.
We only purchase brand-new Google Pixel devices through official Australian distribution channels. Installing GrapheneOS or any alternative operating system does not void the warranty, as Google supports alternative OS installations on Pixel devices.

Contact us via our contact form with the inquiry type ‘Warranty, Returns & Cancellations’. After we verify your order, we will provide return instructions (including original packaging and proof of purchase). Return postage and handling fees are at your expense. We will then liaise with the supplier and advise you of repair, replacement, or other options.
Returns
Because our Privacy Phones are custom-hardened privacy devices, returns are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law for non-standard goods. Remedies focus on faults or defects, not change of mind.
We clearly disclose this policy upfront. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Cancellations
Sales are generally considered final once an order is placed, as we begin sourcing and configuring devices shortly after purchase.
