Thank you for visiting and shopping at PrivacyPros. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e- mail as proof of your purchase.
2. Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2-15 business days. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.
3. Shipment Locations
We do not ship internationally currently. We ship domestic only – anywhere in Australia.
4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
Shipping is free for orders that total more than $200.
All shipments are sent via Australia Post.
Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays.
Once your order is placed and processed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment rather than the date of order.
We prioritise efficient and discreet shipping to ensure your privacy-focused devices arrive securely and promptly. While our inventory is dynamic and subject to fluctuations, orders are processed within 2-15 business days from order confirmation and payment receipt, and 2-5 days for delivery. In rare cases, such as when awaiting new shipments from suppliers or delays with postal services, it may take longer. If we foresee or advised on any delay, we’ll proactively reach to you to keep you informed and discuss options.
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order. Please note:
- Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
- Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
- When placing your order, we consider the amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
- We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
5. Tracking Options
We aim to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If purchased item/s are lost or damaged during the Delivery Services, we ask that you contact us so we can investigate the matter with the Delivery Service Provider directly. We handle these matters on a case-by-case basis while maintaining our ACL obligations.
7. Policy Review and Updates
We review this Policy at least annually to ensure compliance with best practices. Changes will be posted here, and we encourage you to review periodically.
